How can we develop self-control?

Self-control can be developed primarily through practice and exercise.

To have self-control in life, it's essential to avoid temptations, have a goal in life so that we can work hard to archive it, do daily exercises, rest, get good sleep at night and many more. Having patience and understanding towards people's emotions is also required.

Autobiography of a Pillow - Rishona Chopra

Hi there! It's me who gives you a good night's sleep and helps you maintain a lifestyle. Wait, you don't recognize me? I am your one and only pillow!

This message is specifically for those naughty kids who think I don't know or feel anything. It all started with hitting me out of anger and then for fun, too, and they made it a game. They made a game for pillow wrestling! I mean, what do they think? That I am some non-living person who has no life?

This is injustice, and I even went to the court of pillows, and the judge declared that they would take revenge. So little kids and old adults, listen up; you better stop now!

You’re the one for me - Gaurangi Rastogi

Whenever I feel to fly
There is a feeling of butterflies
Whenever I take a glance at you,
I feel that's the one
Whenever you come to me
I hesitate
Whenever I said a boring joke
You laughed for me
Whenever I win a prize
I see a different shine in your eyes,
That's a real prize!
You enter my dreams
And make me fly
I cherish the dreams
But the question comes to my mind
Do you really see the thing in me
As I see in you?
I seek the answers in my sleep
But you made me a pretty creep
Yes, I stalked you
Yes, I changed myself for you
Yes, I lost weight for you
I will never rest
Until I find that you're the one for me
You're the one for me
You're the one for me
You're the one for me
