What You Believe Is What You Achieve - Rishona Chopra
For example -
Due to some reason, I was angry at someone, and I started shouting at them. The situation didn't calm down, so I started hitting them. Without thinking, my thought became my words, and they became my actions. I began to respect it again and again. Soon, getting angry about the most minor things became my habit. Slowly, it became my character, and then my destiny followed along through karma. It becomes too late when we realise it has become our character because, at that stage, you simply can't reverse yourself without karma following along. You could change, there is a possibility, but your past actions won't. Therefore, start with your thoughts. Improve your thinking, and soon your positive thoughts will become your destiny.

Responsibility - Rishona Chopra
At my earlier school, we did an activity, in fact, not an activity but a daily exercise. Every day, after lunch, we had to clean the class. We got duties of dusting, sweeping and mopping. Whoever finished their duty would get to play outside. This taught us responsibility; my favourite task was to mop the floor. If you try it once, you'll realize it's fun to mop the floor, unlike sweeping. Even cleaning the bathroom is a cool duty, well, only if it's a small one!
Every relationship with friends or family brings a sense of duty and responsibility. Each family member has a duty, a responsibility to fulfil. For example, a child has the duty to help with chores, study and work hard; likewise, other family members must fulfil their jobs. A little compromise from everybody always results in something great or, in this example - A happy family. An important part is responsible for our actions. We all make mistakes and some wrongdoings, and instead of covering them up with thousands of lies, we could make it easy with one truth and take responsibility for our actions.
Giving responsibilities can only be done with a bridge of trust and confidence. If you trust the person and feel confident about yourself, this bridge can be crossed.

What I fear the most and how can I overcome that fear - Jeni Sherpa
I am afraid of heights, darkness, public speaking and being in front of a huge crowd of people watching me.so I avoid going to high places whenever possible. And also, whenever I try to do something, I always think or fear that other people will judge me and make fun of me, so I rarely speak with other people. I hope to overcome my fear by confronting it.

My greatest fear and how I overcame it - Tenzin Jambey

I am afraid of darkness, blood, scary things etc. Out of all these, my greatest fear is my future. I feel terrified when I think of my future and what I will become later. As my friends put it, it's very amusing, and I believe the same. This fear dips me into depression when I think of how my future would look and how I would take care of my family.
Specific questions arise in my mind, like would I be able to fulfil my family's wants? I fear feeling ashamed if I fail to meet my family's demands and wishes, as they put in a lot of hard work to send me to school. But I also believe where there is dark, there is light, too; where there is sorrow, there is happiness too!
There are plenty of careers and jobs that I can choose from, and this thought gives me relaxation and relief. This positive thought keeps my fear away and helps me focus on the better side of life!

Reflection on what I fear the most... - Shristi Khulal
I fear being in the spotlight or the centre of attraction and public speaking the most. I get very nervous, and I overthink others' opinions about me. My body starts shaking, and my heart starts pounding.
I would like to overcome this fear and speak confidently, as it is essential in our lives. For this, I should be more confident about myself and interact with many people.
Pestalozzi is also helping us to become more optimistic by organising workshops, for which I am very thankful. I should also stop being an overthinker.

Subject: Reflection on; What I fear the most and how I can overcome that fear...
I hope this email finds you well.
What I fear the most is generally what many people have been through, which is the fear of getting a scolding by their parents, especially my father; even though he is the most friendly person in the family, his anger is the most dangerous from our family.
How do I overcome the fear within? - Nishan Karki
I fear many different things, but I fear the most is failing to do several things or failure. I get this fear when I do not feel like I am not doing well in exams or in several things.
To overcome the fear of failure, I try to be calm and do my work with dedication, focus and carefulness. I have good time management that can help me to overcome this fear.
