My Name is Cinnamon 

In 'My Name is Cinnamon' by Vikas Prakash Joshi, Cinnamon’s feelings upon meeting his birth parents would likely be a complex blend of emotions. As an adopted child who has grown up in a loving home, his identity and sense of belonging are deeply rooted in his adoptive family. However, meeting his birth parents could spark curiosity, excitement, and perhaps even anxiety or confusion.

Cinnamon might feel a sense of gratitude for the life that he’s been given, but he also requires a need for closure or understanding about why he was given up for adoption. He could struggle to reconcile his current identity with this new connection to his origins. Depending on the circumstances of the meeting and his birth parents’ story, he might experience empathy, forgiveness or even sadness.

We aren't a part of nature, we are nature
The phrase 'we aren't a part of nature, we are nature' suggests a rethinking of our relationship with the natural world. At its core, this statement challenges the conventional view that humans are separate from or somehow above, the environment and all its components. Instead, it emphasizes our intrinsic connection to the planet and the ecosystems around us. 
Human Origins: Humans have evolved over millions of years alongside other species. Our biological makeup is a product of the Earth’s ecological systems. Our ancestors lived in harmony with nature, relying on it for food, shelter, and community. This deep-rooted connection means that we are fundamentally a part of the Earth's biological fabric.
Interconnectedness: Every element of nature is interconnected—plants, animals, water, air and soil all depend on each other for survival. Humans, as one species within this vast system are equally part of this web of life.

Something I wanna change in myself and how? - Tenzin Nyingsel

I've always wanted to be confident that I can always stand out for myself without hesitation.

Anxiety has always been the worst problem that could ever happen to me, and the time that happens, overthinking starts, my hands start shaking, and the words from my mouth become quiet.

To overcome those situations, many workshops have been done in our Village provided by Pestalozzi so that we could work on our public speaking skills, which is very important for us both in present and future. So I'm looking forward to improving that thing in myself so that I won't hesitate next time whenever I'm speaking or communicating with anyone.

There are many things I want to change in myself, like improving my speaking skills and the body language I use. Will try improving them by pushing them again and again. I have many other habits like I support the people I am close to, but sometimes when I require them to help me, they just show their back. To improve this habit, I think I shouldn't support anyone without knowing the case properly so that I don't have to regret my mistakes.

Fun - Aria Gupta

"You don't stop playing because you get old. You get old because you stop playing".

I think everybody likes to have fun more than work. But why are some things fun while others are not? Work may be stressful and create anxiety, while fun is full of joy. One way to make work fun is to forget all that stress and anxiety; instead, think about the joy you feel when you're having fun. Another way to make work fun is to gamify it. For example, if you have to finish tons of homework, I make a fairy list for all the assignments. After doing one, you may ask an imaginary fairy to grant a wish, a small one like watching TV for 30 minutes or playing with your friends for an hour. Fun is compelling in motivation, so you should add some fun to work.

Patience - Maheshpal singh


Patience is more of a skill that can be learned and needs constant nurturing. It is the state of being that occurs between experience and reaction. Whether you’re trying to be patient with yourself, others, or life, it seems to always involve the experience of dealing with delays or obstacles. By cultivating a practice of patience, you’re able to let go of things outside your control and live with less stress, anxiety, and frustration.

Patience is considered to be highly crucial for every individual in the world. Besides, it is also stated that the people who can wait long achieve better things than those with no patience since it is impossible to acquire success in a single day.

Through patience, an individual learns about the importance of effort and hard work and not only success. It is false to believe that everything, including happiness, can be obtained only through accomplishments. When you look at what it means to have patience, you’re ultimately talking about dealing with your thoughts and emotions. As a spiritual being, there is an unbounded, limitless presence within you that is constantly seeking expression.
