Not just reading our textbooks and memorizing is learning; it is boring. Suppose you are reading one of the concepts States of Matter, and you are reading about the matter. Then you can think of five-ten things and write them down in which form they are and more factors such as size, shape, mass and colour. This will show the concept in the real world and make learning so much more fun.
My science teacher always tells us to visualize things and draw them. It makes it so much fun, in your science class you can draw several diagrams and learning is fun!
When I revise for my exam, I put all my notes of different subjects in envelopes and send them back to me through the bottom of my room's door. It's like receiving a letter with notes. While revising for my English exam, one of the topics is a formal letter. I wrote a formal letter to the principal, put it in an envelope and acted as if I was the principal!
So there are so many ways in which learning can be super fun!

Friendship in my life means a person’s trust,
love and affection for another person. Friends are our gift from God. Our
family, especially, siblings are our best friends. A true friend always helps us
without expecting the same from us. Friends accept us as we are; they don’t want to change our nature.
I want to share some experiences with my
friends –
·
While I was new to Gyanshree
School, I made new friends. They never let me feel new; they always talked to
me and made me feel comfortable.
·
When I was in DPS Indra
Puram, I had a lot of friends; we visited each other’s house for birthday parties
and had a great time.
I want to share a poem –
Friends
Friends are lovely,
Never let us feel lonely,
Sometimes they tell in maths how to solve wisely,
Sometimes they tell the experiment nicely,
Sometimes they tell how to
dance,
And always give us their chance,
Because they are friends,
A lot of time with us they spend.

Friendship is the basic essence of our lives. Friends make our lives better and more magical. I have many friends, but my best friend is my mother.
My mom is kind, cheerful, bright and very creative. She is always there for me, no matter whatever mistake I make. She cooks my favourite food. Once she cooked an egg, put the bread on it and again egg on top of the bread which made it so tasty that I ate entirely even though I had never consumed eggs. She helps me even if she is busy. Every day, she multitasks, like cooking, helping my sister and me, and finishing daily chores simultaneously. I am always surprised how she does that! She prepares food every day and never stops working till all of her work finishes. She is my best friend as I can share anything with her, and she always helps me without me doing something for her because a friend helps their friend without that person doing something for them.
My mom is smart because she helps me in maths and her answer is always correct. She is cheerful by her supportive spirit. She is kind and never stops helping me until I can do any difficult thing. She never stops believing and caring. She is my hero. I am ending my words with this beautiful quote by Bill Watterson: “Things are not too scary when you get a friend.”
Archita SaxenaSo, I look gorgeous to have mirrors over me, but the thing is that I can't see my beauty. Only you can see yourself. Secondly, you selfish humans put those disgusting balls in my body, those stinky naphthalene balls. To some of my friends, they are fragrant, but they are so awful to me!
To finish off, some ridiculous people keep dirty clothes in me! Like, does anybody even understand that I like being clean!

Reflection on the chapter Be the Change from the book Is Your Child Ready to Face the World? by Dr Anupam Sibal.
"We must remind ourselves that one child, teacher, text, and pen can change the world when in doubt. By being the change, we can make this world a better place". - Arav Agarwal, Grade: 5C, Billabong High International School, Thane
