Honesty - Khush Rajpurohit

Khush Rajpurohit
Being honest is essential in life due to the fact it solves many troubles and leads to peace and success. Honesty is the wealth that offers trustworthy people a lot of trust and appreciation in life. Honesty is the best policy as the reason is the foundation of a well-functioning relationship. Further, it nourishes many lives in several ways. Here, trust is the basis of any relationship that is received honestly.

People usually find it difficult, to be honest, because it is quite challenging to maintain honesty. Honesty means being truthful to a person in all aspects of life. It includes not lying to anyone, not hurting anyone through bad habits, activities, or behavior. An honest person never gets involved in morally wrong activities. Honesty does not break any rules and regulations, be discipline, behave well, speak the truth, be punctual, and honestly help others. Honesty helps a person to get around, lots of happiness, and blessings from the supreme power, and faith in many things. Being honest is very beneficial in real life. It is not something that one can buy or sell. This is a good habit that one can attain through practice.

2017 July, my dad felt worth sharing the importance of honesty. I was an average student in grade 8th, lazy and irresponsible. My father's words were like a kind of miracle which changed my life. He said, "Khush, we should also need to focus on our duty and uphold our responsibilities and should always need to be honest towards our work." Further, he added "Life should be great, not long and being honest towards our work is one of the most important things which have been in the list of values required being successful. You must acquire this quality. Laxman was honest with Lord Rama while Vibhishana wasn't. That’s why Lord Rama possesses the ability to defeat Ravana, more powerful and wealthier than Lord Rama. So we conclude that honesty must be part of your ethics." The spark lighted up me. I started working hard, studied well, and was able to secure the third position in academics.

Courage - Dinesh Kumar

Dinesh Kumar
Courage is bravery or strength to do something that could be dangerous. An example of courage is the ability to stand up to a bully. The state or quality of mind or spirit enables one to face danger and fear with self-possession, confidence, resolution, bravery. It might seem that patience and courage are dispositions that tend in different directions, reflecting different strengths.

Every human being on this planet is given the gift of courage. However, there are very few who take advantage of this gift and put it to good use. And I used this courage for developing my personality. It is the ability to work one’s way through a tough situation. Being patient and courageous makes me so confident that I can handle all situations.

Courage gives me confidence and patience to encourage my juniors and colleagues. It gives me strength that helps me to speak in public. To many, courage is equated with taking risks. It takes courage to write a book or stand in front of an audience to speak. But in time, I’ve come to understand the profound truth that courage is being patient.

Responsibility - Dhawan Choudhary

When you do what you have promised, people see you as a responsible and reliable person. This is quite admirable, as many people won’t deal with irresponsible individuals. They will give their trust to friends they can count on, and give their business to companies they admire. A responsible person can be trusted to act without needing strict supervision because they are accountable for their behaviour.

During this pandemic time, we were allowed to learn through an online platform that was Google Classroom. This kind of study was new for all of us, even for the teachers & also for the students. In online learning, we were supposed to stay at home and study. But most of the students did not take the responsibility to utilize this golden opportunity to learn. In beginning, I was also not taking the classes regularly. But then I saw the hard work of teachers who made so much effort to send us the work subject-wise and that too regularly. Then I decided to take the responsibility for my learning. After that, I always attended the class on time. I also submitted the projects, homework to my teachers and I also took responsibility to tell my friends to attend online classes. I enjoyed learning at home. I also attended some webinars & participated in quizzes. It was a new learning experience for me.

So, in the end, I want to say that, you can only take the responsibility of others when you, yourself are disciplined & honest in your work.

Importance of Trees - Gourvi Rathore

Let us hear from Gourvi Rathore of Class UKG about the importance of trees. She is very aware of our environment, as she is asking to grow many plants, save trees and water.

Trees are an important part of our world.  They provide wood for making paper.  They provide homes for all of the insects, birds, and other animals. Many types of fruits and nuts come from trees. Trees also help to keep our air clean and our ecosystems healthy. They provide us with oxygen.

We already have done enough destruction to the environment so let us all do our bit to save our environment by planting more and more trees.

Honesty - Aryan Sirvi

Aryan Sirvi

Honesty means being truthful, i.e., developing a practice of speaking truth throughout life. A person who practices honesty in life possesses a strong moral character. An honest person shows good behaviour, follows the rules, maintains discipline, and speaks the truth. Lying, cheating, lack of trust, steal, and greed have no space in honesty. Honesty is the most important value in life. We need to be honest with others as well as we should be honest with ourselves.

There are also famous quotes by famous personalities as 'Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom'. It holds good due to its ability to build, shape, and motivates integral respect in one's life. A person with honesty is respected by all. To build a character of honesty depends on his/her family values, ethics, and his/her surrounding and environment. Parents showing honest behaviour in front of their children also impacts the children as we say that 'Honesty lies in the genes'.

An honest person is always known for his honesty, just like a sun is known for its eternal light and ultimate energy. Dishonest people may easily get people's trust, but this doesn't last too long when they are caught. Being dishonest is a sin in all religions, but people often practice it for short-time benefits. They never become morally strong, and their life becomes miserable. We should be honest in life as it is a must needed quality in one's life.

Courage - Abhilasha Mansion

Courage is the mental and emotional preparedness and ability to deal with difficulties and challenges. Each person possesses this value, and his or her life must deal with various life challenges.

I recall an incident that took place a few days ago at the Vangani station in Mumbai. A person named Mayur Shelkar saved a baby's life in front of the train. The baby was playing at the station, and his mother was blind. While playing, he fell on the track. As his mother was blind, she knew nothing about it. The train got too close to the baby. Mayur Shelkar saw this and ran to save the baby without thinking about his own life. And he picked the baby safely from the front of the train and saved his life. This is true courage.

Success - Harshwardhan Parmar

Harshwardhan Parmar
Success is the result of perfection, hard work, learning from failure, loyalty, and persistence. Will power always has a successful shower. The tragedy of life doesn’t lie in not reaching your goal; it lies in not having a goal. We must not look at our past mistakes but be courageous and keep moving ahead. Success is nothing but one’s happiness when we fulfil our desires.

Most men have not achieved their destination because they had some talent or opportunity, but they presented what was at hand and achieved success. Fortune favours the brave. Many people who have waited for their luck to help them have won, and those who did their hard work by themselves had lost. It happens, but one shouldn’t lose hope. As rightly said, “Failure is the stepping stone to success". All great personalities and personages, who have left indelible prints of their lives on the sands of eternity, are the men and women who converted their failures into success.

All successes originate in the mind. First of all, it makes its presence felt in the form of a vision, idea, inspiration, or a dream. Turning the mental concept into tangible reality requires a long effort and perseverance. The entire course that leads to the successful realization of one’s dream is ridden with obstacles, discouragements, failures, and setbacks. The person who wishes to be successful and is discouraged by failures can never taste the manna of success. The truth is our failures are our stepping stones by whose medium we reach success.
