Omoiyari is the Japanese art of compassion. It is a form of selfless empathy and compassion. It is when you put yourself in their shoes. Japan uses Omoiyari as in their country; care, consideration, and kindness underpin all aspects of daily life in Japan.
The most important part is that they don't force anyone to do it it is simply their lifestyle. It is just about making others happy and comfortable, and as they say, "Make Others Happy, and you will be happy too"!
I was really inspired
after reading the chapter - Today Is the Day When You Define for Yourself. The
chapter is about decision making, and every day we have a choice to choose the wisest option for ourselves. The line with which I connected deeply was that
whenever you make decisions listen to your inner voice to make the right
decision. Also, the counsellor we need for counselling is our inner
self, which helps us act as a counsellor; we only have to start listening to
it.
There have been many times when I also had to make
decisions and choose for myself. As I reflect back, I think it has helped me become better and more confident. What I have learned is that when we make choices,
we should be kind enough to think about ourselves and others. And
this will keep us happy.

I got to
know about forgiveness for the first time when I read Dr Anupam Sibal’s book
and learned about the magic forgiveness creates. I understood that forgiveness
is setting a person free and discovering the person was you itself as when we
don’t forgive, we don’t feel good, and it is we who suffer, but if we forgive, then it is we who feel happy.
I had no
experience of forgiving someone or someone who has forgiven me. If I happen to meet
with such knowledge, I will always keep in my mind that forgiving people is forgiving
ourselves.
There are
beautiful examples in the book of Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Gandhi who were
always forgiving. Nelson Mandela forgave the people responsible for
putting him inside the jail for 32 years, and Mahatma Gandhi forgave all people
who did wrong with him.
I will never forget that Forgiving is the key to peace and happiness.
Happiness is everything
Once there lived a young boy named Jack. People said that his luck was never on his side, and he was also known as the unlucky boy.Thank you for making me realize that," said Jack, smiling.
From that day, Jack was never unhappy and found little joy in everything!
So even if a thing doesn't have a positive side, don't be sad; you can be happy by thinking about the solution to that problem!

Friendship is one of the most precious gifts of life. It is a relationship between people. It is the purest and divine relationship among all other relations. Friends support you in life, not only in the happy times but also in your hard times.
