God & Belief - Samriddhi Banerjee

Guru Nanak Ji believes in one God but I believe that God provides a framework for understanding the world and our place within it. It provides a sense of purpose and meaning in life. The belief in one God can teach a person to believe in your own self and make a better world for themselves.

What Is Age! And many more - Sunbeam School & Hostel Lahartara

Image from the RoundSquare.Org website

WHAT IS AGE!

My life is still valuable even if I cannot help others. I can explore new hobbies, enjoy moments with family, and learn exciting things. Being kind to myself matters. I can find joy in little things and create happiness within and for others. My worth isn't just about helping others but embracing who I am.
- Anmol Kashyap VIII B

Oneness In Diversity
1. Age is just a number. If you dare to do work, which means that even if you are 80 years old and sitting at home, which makes you feel bored and want to do something, then age does not matter.
2. "What is my life if I am no longer useful to others?". This means we should always help others if we can do that and relieve our lives in others with compassion.
3. Anyone who stops learning is old, while one who keeps learning stays young. The greatest thing in your life is to keep your mind young.
- Mridul Maheshwari IX-D

In the 21st century, religion is not just a path to follow; it is an agenda to cause trouble for the world. In the 15th century, Guru Nanak Ji travelled half of Asia and gave his own philosophy of oneness in diversity. He talked to Muslims, Christians and every religion, and still, after the gap of six centuries, the Muslims of Afghanistan remember and respect his ideology.
- Shaurya Chaturvedi VIII-B

To maintain a tricky balance.
Money is not bigger than life, and it's an opportunity to create has no money; it's an opportunity to make meaning. The worst invention is money.
The barter system was the best as it exchanged love.
So we should maintain a balance between our work life and our personal life.
Power should not be a thing to curse but to cure others.
Keep trying many things as we don't know the emergence of anything in life.
Because our exceptions have no bounds.
-By Animesh Kashyap Class VIII-B
.
Listening comes before speaking.
By listening to others, we gain a deeper understanding of their perspective and discover the best way to deliver the message we need our audience to hear. Guru Nanak says that deep listening opens sensitivity and gives us knowledge. Doing this will allow us to consciously shape our destiny, a fundamental human capacity. It is not a small thing. It is a state in which we exist in a creative polarity with our own infinite self and God.

PURVEYORS OF HOPE

A WHOLE STACK OF MEMORIES NEVER EQUALS LITTLE HOPE.

HOPE ENDS FEAR IN YOUR HEART, AND WHEN WE DO THE BAD THINGS, THEY SOMETIMES BECOME UNBEARABLE UNTIL HOPE MAKES THEM DISAPPEAR IT IS THE ONE THING THAT KEEPS US GOING WHEN TIMES GET TOUGH AND ROUGH. IT IS SOMETHING WE NEED TO FOCUS ON, AND WHEN WE DO BAD THINGS, THEY SOMETIMES BECOME UNBEARABLE. HOPE MAKES THEM DISAPPEAR, AND WHEN WE DO BAD THINGS, THEY SOMETIMES BECOME UNBEARABLE UNTIL HOPE MAKES THEM DISAPPEAR.

A GOOD TEACHER CAN INSPIRE HOPE, IGNITE THE IMAGINATION, AND STILL A HOPE OF LEARNING.

Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging - Shilpika Pandey

It is definitely a tiny world inside our homes, like we say, and the moment one steps out, the circumference magnifies. The realization hits us that now, we depend on our social behaviour to make the outer world OURS.

And here enter the vital aspects of social life, DIVERSITY, INCLUSION, and BELONGING, that teach us 'how' to interact and align everyone from diverse backgrounds, include them in our learning journey and help them in the belongingness of the same.

We must appreciate the incredible Diversity around us that helps us grow socially into an enriched and better person that finds joy in knowing people from everywhere, absorbing their learnings, communicating, and exchanging opinions, while training to be globally concerned individuals.

When we have a group that is diverse and different, we gain a bank of multiple values, ethics, cultures, and working styles, which becomes a strength of a dependable team, leading to brilliant productivity and effectiveness!

The lesson of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging is the crucial ingredient of a Good School.

What Independence means to me - Rishona Chopra

Independence is not the right to do as we wish but the right to do what is right. Independence is the essence of freedom, the feeling that we are not ruled by anyone else but have the opportunity just like others to explore and learn. Independence is to make our own decisions. In the national flag of India, the top band is of Saffron colour, indicating the strength and courage of the country. The white middle bar indicates peace and truth with Dharma Chakra. The last bar is green in colour, showing the land's fertility, growth and auspiciousness. Our country is developing, but its heart is devolved with unity and pride.

We have so many languages,
Each of them gives us so much knowledge.
Lots of different cultures,
Each one of them is precious!
This rich diversity,
Gives me a new identity.
Everyone is so unique,

Together when we come, no one is weak!
Even though our differences create problems,
We should understand our differences are our customs!
We are all united as a team,
We can together make a dream.
After all, it's unity in diversity,
We are just so extraordinary!
This country makes me feel proud,
It makes me unique in this big crowd.
I love my country the way it is,
All the fights were challenging quizzes.
Salute to those who lost lives for us,
So we live in a better world, and there is no fuss.
I see people dancing with pride on the street,
And giving each other sweets.
I see them saying "Jay Hind" proudly,
They say it clearly and loudly.

India is the best!

Tolerance - Diksha Choudhary

Tolerance is the ability to remain calm in every situation. It is a value that includes many values that a person should have like happiness,  respect,  patience,  humanity and many more, which will help to unite the people.

We all live in a society, and society is formed by a group of people who have different elements or thoughts that make them different from one another. And if we don't have tolerance in us, society will lead to inner-violence, i.e. people will stop presenting what they want or stop talking to each other. To stop this, we need the skill to live together peacefully, again referred to as "Tolerance".

To be tolerant means accepting other people's opinions and preferences even when they are not that you agree with. Be tolerant is to be someone's support that will make him or her happy, giving him or her happiness. It also stops us, the young generation, from getting a feeling of hatred for others. It also increases curiosity for having new ideas. It will also give us the strength to accept others' values, and it is also to appreciate someone who will help him or her move forward in life.

We are living in a world where people of different backgrounds, cultures and religions are living together. To create patience and have peace between us, tolerance has become crucial and important to everyone, especially in a country like India, where people start fighting on the topic related to religion.

I want to give a real-life example of tolerance which I've seen myself. I met a girl who had been tolerant of her friend. They used to make fun of her, they always do taunting and are always humiliating her, but still, she didn't even speak against them.  Can you answer this? Obviously, the answer is that she respects her friendship, and she wants her friends to be happy, so she did this.

Finally, I would like to end my article with a beautiful quote ‘Life is just like painting draw the lines with hope, erase the errors with tolerance, dip the brush with lots of patience and coloured with love.'
